Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

2. Shipping Methods and Options: Products will be shipped by UPS and USPS. Standard ground or economy. Expedited shipping is available only if called in or emailed and the additional shipping cost will be determined by JRL Electric Supply Inc. The fees will be the same as UPS charges. No additional fees will be added. Additional shipping charges must be accepted by the customer prior to shipping.

3. Delivery Time Estimates: 

Most items will be received from 1 to 8 Business days from purchase. If ordered after 2 PM PST will be processed the following business day. If delivery time is longer, you will be notified in advance and delivery must be approved by the customer.

4. Shipping to Specific Locations: Free Shipping is available for all of the United States including Hi, Ak, Puerto Rico and Guam. The customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes for Mexico and Canada or any other location when it applies

5. Return and Refund Information: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Panelboards and Enclosed Circuit Breakers are not returnable 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  Items will not be accepted if installed or damaged.
